<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting crimp device for a flat panel display, capable of reducing a joint deviation between a panel substrate electrode and a lead electrode of an electronic component caused by a reaction force at the time of crimping, and capable of stably heat crimping with a constant pressure. <P>SOLUTION: In the flat panel display mounting crimp device, an inner frame 109a, to which a lower blade 104 and an upper crimp blade 102 are attached, is separated from an outer frame 109b to which a lifting mechanism 125 of the upper crimp blade 102 is attached.
