<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly display a page to be displayed again and a page to be displayed subsequently. <P>SOLUTION: A relay server 12 converts a data file into a common image common to each page image and a unique image unique to each page. The priority order of the unique image is determined on the basis of importance obtained from whether the unique image has specific information, the amount of information included in the unique image, display time of a corresponding page image and the like. In a cache memory area 23a of a client terminal 11, the common image and the unique images to be displayed are stored, with the unique images in the order of their priorities.
