<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold insulation holder configured to mitigate a temperature change in drinking water so as to solve problems that an original taste of the drinking water is spoiled when ice is put into the drinking water, and also, it is necessary to prepare ice or cooling agent in order to cool a container with the drinking water therein before drinking the water, then, it becomes troublesome. <P>SOLUTION: A cylindrical body composed of an outer cover 2, an inner cover 3 and a thermal insulation material 1 is secured to a bottom plate 4, and the outer circumference of the cylindrical body is protected and secured by an edge cover 5.
