Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for generating and clearing electronic payment orders. In one aspect, a method includes generating an electronic payment order using a computer. Signature data authorizing the electronic payment order is electronically captured. The signature data includes a stroke pattern of a user signature and is captured substantially concurrently with generating the electronic payment order. The electronic payment order and the electronically captured signature are transmitted to an entity authorized to receive payment based on the electronic payment order. |
