The present invention provides a polynucleotide including a gene which is related to the metabolism of isoflavone, and especially a single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) that is induced from a gene which is on the signaling path of NF-?B, ERK, and AKT, or a reciprocal polynucleotide thereof, and more particularly, provided is a polynucleotide for diagnosing sensitivity to stomach cancer or a reciprocal polynucleotide thereof, comprising at least one nucleotide selected from a group consisting of sequence numbers 1-13, wherein the polynucleotide comprises 10-50 serial DNA sequences including the 27th base (polymorphism area). The polynucleotide or the reciprocal polynucleotide thereof can be used as an indicative factor for clinically diagnosing stomach cancer. |
