<p>Provided is a hair cosmetic that discharges in a foam dosage form from a non-aerosol foamer container, imparts a favorable brightness to hair, is excellent for dyeing hair, and does not drip during application to hair. A hair cosmetic composition configured as a hair dye or a hair-bleaching agent, and at time of use entailing the discharge of a liquid mixture of a first agent and a second agent as foam from a non-aerosol foamer container and subsequent application to hair, the hair cosmetic composition containing a non-ionic surfactant component (A) in the amount of 10 mass% or more, and a component (B) comprising, as a higher alcohol, a component (B1), which is a higher alcohol that at 25°C is a liquid.</p> |
