The device (10) has a fluid exit channel comprising a pressure relief opening (20) arranged in a wall (14) of a container (12) with a closure element (18). The closure element is destructed by a pyrotechnic element (26), so that the pressure relief opening is formed at the container in order to allow fluid discharge from the container. The closure element has a wall section (16), where the wall section has reduced wall thickness and the device comprises a seal arrangement locked by the fluid exit channel. An independent claim is also included for a container comprising a pyrotechnic element at predetermined temperature.
