PURPOSE: A solar battery and manufacturing method thereof are provided to form a moisture absorbing member between solar battery cells, thereby preventing a module from being damaged by absorbing moisture. CONSTITUTION: A first cell and a second cell comprise a rear electrode(200), a light absorbing patter(300), a buffer pattern(400), a high resistance buffer pattern(500), and a front electrode(600). The rear electrode is arranged on a substrate(100). Rear electrodes are separated each other by a first penetration hole(P1). A moisture absorbing member(800) is formed between the first cell and the second cell. The moisture absorbing member is made of materials whose colors are changed while moisture is absorbed. |
