ALUMINUM PRECURSOR INK FOR WET PROCESS AND THE PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: Aluminum precursor ink for wet process is provided to have excellent stability because of not generating precipitation of aluminum precursor for 30 days or more, and to form a patterned aluminum film with specific shape on an upper part of a flexible substrate. CONSTITUTION: Aluminum precursor ink for wet process comprises aluminum precursor and solvent. The aluminum precursor and solvent is in chemical formula 1 or 2. A manufacturing method of the aluminum precursor ink comprises: a step of adding AlCl3 and LiAlH4 to dibutyl sulfide(S(C4H9)2) or diethyl sulfide(S(C2H5)2), and mixing the material; and a step of removing precipitation by filtering the mixed solution. AlCl3 and LiAlH4 is added and mixed with molar ratio of 1:3-6.
