PURPOSE: A tension adjuster for a roll screen is provided to enable somebody to control the tension of a torsion spring easily and conveniently by simply rotating a one-way member in one direction. CONSTITUTION: A tension adjuster(1) for a roll screen comprises an one-way member(2) and a housing member(9). The one-way member comprises a control knob(3), a circular cam(4), a joint(5), and a connector(6). A wing piece(7) is formed on both sides of the circular cam, and a ratchet(7a) is formed on the end of the circular cam. Control grooves(8) are formed on the control knob. The housing member is coupled to the one-way member, and a flange(10) is formed on one side of the housing member. A screw fastening boss(11) is formed on both sides of the flange, and an inscribed sawtooth(12) is formed on the inner surface of the flange. The inscribed sawtooth engages with the ratchet.
