FIELD: physics. ^ SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps for generating laser light in a spectral range; filtering laser light with a stabilising filter having a spectral characteristic at a spectral position; shifting the spectral position of said spectral characteristic of the stabilising filter depending on temperature; filtering laser light with an additional filter having a spectral characteristic at a spectral position to generate output laser light.
