FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to poultry industry and may be used for production of a bird fodder. The bird fodder production method involves mixing of the basic diet feed with calcium carbonate. The bird fodder contains wheat offal. The wheat offal is preliminarily mixed with calcium carbonate at the following ratio of (in terms of dry substance wt %): wheat offal - 78-80, calcium carbonate - 22-20. The said mixture is extruded. Then the mixture is introduced into the basic diet in an amount of 9-11%. ^ EFFECT: reduction of toxic elements content in the ration with simultaneous enhancement of digestibility and bioavailability of the fodder components. ^ 1 tbl, 1 ex
