<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graft polymer that has excellent performance of pigment dispersion and suppresses thickening with time of the obtained pigment dispersion composition, and a non-aqueous pigment dispersion composition using the same. <P>SOLUTION: (1) The graft polymer including the following main chain and side chain and (2) the non-aqueous pigment dispersion composition containing the graft polymer, a pigment, and a non-aqueous solvent are provided. The main chain: a copolymer including a constituent unit derived from a vinyl monomer (a) containing a nitrogen atom and a constituent unit derived from a vinyl monomer (b) containing a hydroxy group.
