<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration of an image when distortions of scanning lines of a plurality of light sources are corrected. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus corrects an image data for each of divided regions divided in the main-scanning direction common to the plurality of light sources in accordance with the distortion characteristic of each of the scanning lines of the plurality of light sources, corresponding to the plurality of light sources in the sub-scanning direction and drives the plurality of light sources based on the image data each corrected corresponding to the plurality of light sources. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
