摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature measurement thermocouple and manufacturing method thereof for improving temperature measurement precision by avoiding time delay and temperature distribution disturbance, which are caused by a gap between thin plates and a metal sheath, while preventing the thermal breakdown of the metal sheath, in the thermocouple using the thin plates. <P>SOLUTION: Metal thin plates 4 include: a base thin plate 40 to be arranged in a contact state on the outer surface of the metal sheath 2, which is opposed to a front surface 9 of a temperature measured body; and a cover thin plate 41 to be deposited in a contact state on the outer surface of the metal sheath 2, which is not opposed to the front surface 9 of the temperature measured body, and to be coupled and integrated with the base thin plate 40. The cover thin plate 41 is fixed by welding on at least an outer surface 21 of a distal end 20 of the metal sheath 2. Specifically, the cover thin plate 41 is fixed to the metal sheath 2 by a main joint part 61 to be welded to the outer surface 21 of the distal end 20 and multiple sub-joint parts 62 to be welded to an outer peripheral surface 22 of the metal sheath 2, which is closer to a base end than a distal end seal part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
