<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device by which a capacitor set equalization circuit is performed by a simple structure and the reliability can be improved. <P>SOLUTION: A power supply device 20 includes a main power source 9 and an auxiliary power source 8 in which a plurality of capacitors CP1 to CP4 are connected in series, and auxiliary power source 8 is charged by a capacitor set equalization circuit 41 that equalizes voltage of each of the capacitors CP1 to CP4. The capacitor set equalization circuit 41 includes: a pair of rectification parts 42 in which rectifying elements are connected in series; a capacitor part 43 that removes a direct current (DC) component; and a power supply part 44 that converts electric power input from the main power source 9 into alternating current (AC) waveform and supplies the power. The power supply part 44 supplies electric power to the middle point of each of the rectification parts 42 connected to each of the capacitors CP1 to CP4 in parallel through each of the capacitor parts 43. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
