<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stud bolt and a structure having the same, easy in installation, and capable of easily adjusting a position of the stud bolt even when an installation position to an installation object member is dislocated. <P>SOLUTION: The stud bolt 10 is arranged in the installation object member 3 via a hole 3c arranged in the installation object member 3. The stud bolt 10 includes a bolt 1 having a head part 1a larger than the hole 3c and having a shaft part 1b inserted into the hole 3c, and a clip 2 fitted to the shaft part of the bolt 1, and the clip 2 is locked on a smooth part 1c smooth in an outer surface formed on the base end side of the shaft part 1b of the bolt 1. The installation object member 3 can be sandwiched between the head part 1a of the bolt 1 and an interposing contact part of the clip 2. A locking position in the shaft part 1b of the clip 2 becomes larger than the depth of the hole 3c in an interval between the head part 1a and the interposing contact part, and the hole 3c is larger than a diameter of the shaft part 1b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
