PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multipurpose board enabling dwelling environment to be improved while making a contribution to rearing of regional business and regional industrial development by utilizing natural resources, as well as to solve the problem that many conventional boards use wall paper and plastered walls and generate mold due to insufficient absorption and discharge of moisture; that health issues are recognized by reason of having no function of adsorption, absorption, and decomposition of organic compounds such as formaldehyde; that using of a paste material is indispensable for currently existing plastered walls and coating of diatomaceous earth, therefore causing the necessity of a plasterer technique and its cost; that dropout or crack of coatings occurs which is unsolvable only by technical means; that a construction period increases as more construction steps are required; and that an adhesive agent or paste material has a hazardous property and the effect of diatomaceous earth is decreased.
SOLUTION: A multipurpose board is structured by containing, filling, and coating burned diatomaceous earth having very small pores with higher air permeability and absorption/discharge property into various boards while utilizing the air permeability and moisture absorptivity of the porous burned diatomaceous earth.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
