A vibratory roller module has a body, shafts, balance weights, toothed wheels and poles. On the inner surface of the body sun cylindrical gears are fixed symmetrically, in engagement with those there are in pairs cylindrical wheels with removable symmetrically installed balance weights. The cylindrical wheels are installed on carriers connected to coaxial concentric shafts to output ends of which cylindrical wheels are attached, those are in engagement with respective pinions installed on the drive shafts of the drive motors. On each of coaxial concentric shafts one or several carriers can be installed, depending on dimensions of the body of the roller module and on desired ranges of the vector of exciting forces, and the body of the roller module is fixed on auxiliary frame. The technical result is in simplification of construction, increase of reliability of operation at vibratory modes, formation of possibility of control of the vector of exciting force due to different frequencies of rotation of balance weights and increase of quality of earth compaction. |
