A unit of a movable finger of a mower comprising a lower element (4) and an upper element (3), which are connected with each other and form two movable fingers of the mower (1,2), is applied. A gap (15) of a blade is made for guiding a movable reaping-hook of the mower between the lower element (4) and the upper element (3). The lower element (4) forms the lower opposite cutter edges (20, 21). The upper element (3) forms the upper opposite cutter edges (22, 23). A rear connection strip (26) and a front one (29) on the upper element (3) and a rear connection strip (35) and a front connection strip (34) on the lower element (4) connect two movable fingers of the mower with each other. Two front connection strips (29, 34) of the lower element (4) and upper element (3) are a part of the gap of the blade (15). The upper element (3) is made of sheet metal and has an upper bent (24, 25) between the front and rear connection strips (29, 26) for each of the movable fingers of the mower (1, 2). The front connection strip has no bent. |
