A method for the surgical treatment of the complicated cataract in uveitis in the children and adolescents comprises irrigation-aspiration of the complicated cataract and vitrectomy. Two limbal tunnel microincisions are made. The simultaneous decollement of pre-lens films, synechiae is provided bimanually via these incisions. The capsules of the lens and anterior borderline membrane of the vitreous body are unbent. The complicated cataract is extracted with the graduated vitrectomy. |
