摘要

A method for diagnosing subclinical metritis in cows is based on determination in extract from estrous mucus of cows in solution of NaOH hexoses, conjugated with protein, glycoproteins and glycosaminoglycans and seromucoids using phosphorus-tungsten reagent. Depending on the level of glycoproteins and seromucoids the presence of subclinical metritis is diagnosed.
