The fuel rail (12) has a cross hole (24), which guides from the inside of the fuel rail through its wall to its outer side. The fuel rail is designed as a body (18) with two spaces (20,22) running in its longitudinal direction. The spaces are connected with each other by the cross hole. An independent claim is also included for a fuel rail assembly manufactured by forging.
