<p>Provided is a terminal holding device that holds a terminal device that has a camera unit on the rear surface thereof. Said terminal holding device comprises: a holding section; a camera protrusion exposure section; a mounting section; and a support section. The holding section holds the terminal device by a holding surface. The camera protrusion section is formed in the holding section and causes the camera section to protrude. The mounting section mounts the holding section to an installation surface. One end of the support section is adjustably connected to one end section of the mounting section by a first connection section and the other end is adjustably connected by a second connection section to the opposite side to the holding surface of the holding section. The terminal holding device is adjustable such that the camera protrusion section is either at a position near the mounting section in relation to the second connection section or distanced from the mounting section in relation to the second connection section, with the other end section of the mounting section positioned more on the holding section side than the first connection section, i.e., closer to the center section of the mounting section.</p>
