摘要 PURPOSE: An automatic tip removal device for a welding robot is provided to arrange a tip to be removed between rotating tools, rotate a rotary gear, and correspondingly rotate the rotating tools, thereby easily removing the tip from a welding robot. CONSTITUTION: An automatic tip removal device for a welding robot comprises a base frame, a drive motor(200), a driving force change unit(300), a rotary gear(400), and a clamping rotating unit(500). The clamping rotating unit comprises a plurality of rotating tools(510) and a contact projection(520). The rotating tools are arranged at regular intervals inside the rotary gear and have outer gear teeth(410,511) to be engaged with the inner gear teeth of the rotary gear. The rotating tools revolve corresponding to the rotation of the rotary gear. The contact projection is formed in an oblique direction to the insertion direction of a tip and presses and fixes the tip by contacting the tip during the rotation of the rotating tools.
