PURPOSE: A device for controlling powder particles is provided to rotate a plurality of power-adsorbing holes, and to cross a first air inflow line and an air outflow line from each other, thereby continuously conducting works collecting and spraying powder particles. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling powder particles comprises: a supporting base(110) fixed to ground vertically; a control part(120) installed on one side of the supporting base along longitudinal direction; a first air inflow line(121) formed inside the control part for inflowing air; an air outflow line(122) formed inside the control part for outflowing air; a rotating part(130) installed on the other side of the supporting base along longitudinal direction rotatably, surrounding outer circumference of the control part; an air inflow/outflow hole(140) interlocking the inner side and the outer side of the rotating part; a powder-adsorbing plate; a powder-adsorbing hole; and a porous filter(160).
