<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a backlight unit which is downsized and made slim and in which a subsequent process such as a reworking process can be easily carried out. <P>SOLUTION: The backlight unit includes: a plurality of LEDs 110 to generate light; a plurality of LED modules 120 having printed circuit boards to support and drive the plurality of LEDs 110; optical sheets 140 respectively mounted on an upper side of each of the plurality of LED modules 120; and heat dissipating pads 130 respectively mounted on a rear face of each of the plurality of the LED modules 120. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
