<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment structure of a rail member which allows steps of attaching and removing male screw members of a lifting device, a fastener, or the like for mounting various articles on a building structural material to be positively saved, and enables male screw members to be functionally used. <P>SOLUTION: A building structural material such as a wall 10, a column 20, or a beam 30 is covered with a surface decorative member 11, 15, 21, or 31, each having a joint part 11a, 15a, 21a, or 31a. A rail member 1 is attached to the joint part 11a, 15a, 21a, or 31a, so that a plurality of male screw members 2 of a lifting device, a fastener, or the like can be attached along length direction of the joint part 11a, 15a, 21a, or 31a.
