<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dustproof filter device capable of removing dust adhering to a filter without cleaning and exchanging the filter. <P>SOLUTION: The dustproof filter device includes: a fan 30a for sending exhaust air; an annular filter 30b formed by bonding both ends of a belt-like filter to each other; a turning unit 30c for turning the annular filter 30b; a suction duct 30e for guiding air passed from the outside to inside of the annular filter 30b to an opening 30h of the annular filter 30b; and an exhaust air duct 37 for guiding the exhaust air from the fan 30a from an opening 30g to inside the annular filter 30b.
