<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal line which can be easily curved. <P>SOLUTION: The signal line includes a laminated body formed by laminating a plurality of insulator layers made of flexible material, and a first ground conductor, a wiring conductor and a second ground conductor respectively provided in the different layers of the laminated body. The first ground conductor, the wiring conductor and the second ground conductor form a strip line structure in which the wiring conductor is arranged between the first ground conductor and the second ground conductor. The second ground conductor overlaps with the wiring conductor in a plan view from the lamination direction of the laminated body, and the first ground conductor has a slit that at least partially overlaps with the wiring conductor in the plan view from the lamination direction of the laminated body. A surface roughness of the surface on the wiring conductor side in the first ground conductor is greater than the surface roughness of the surface on the opposite side of the wiring conductor side in the first ground conductor, and the laminated body is curved such that the second ground conductor is positioned more on the inner peripheral side than the first ground conductor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
