<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jelly-like food capable of being easily taken out of a container and having an excellent texture while containing non-polymerized catechins and a gelling agent at high concentrations. <P>SOLUTION: The jelly-like food contains: (A) 0.1-0.5 mass% of non-polymerized catechins; (B) at least 0.005 mass% of at least one kind of flavonol glycosides expressed by the following general formula (1); and (C) the gelling agent.
