<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag which can be easily unsealed without damaging a content thereof and has few incidences of falling of the content from the packaging bag during the unsealing. <P>SOLUTION: In the packaging bag, a tab part is provided on a top seal part by a cut extending therethrough, and a tear stop part is provided on a film on one side of the top seal part close to a storage part beyond the tab part. The film constituting the packaging bag includes a base material layer and a sealant layer, and the base material layer is formed of a film easy to cut from the top seal part toward an edge opposed thereto.
