<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-reciprocal circuit element capable of attaining dropping of input impedance without degrading insertion loss nor promoting increase in size. <P>SOLUTION: The non-reciprocal circuit element includes a first conductor 35(L) and a second conductor 36(L2) which are provided in such state on the main surface of a ferrite 32 as connected to one end each other, a third conductor 37(L3) which is drawn out of a connection point of the first conductor 35 and the second conductor 36, to cross the first conductor 35 and the second conductor 36 in insulated state, and is wound on the ferrite 32, and a permanent magnet for applying DC magnetic field to an intersection portion of the first conductor 35, the second conductor 36, and the third conductor 37. With end parts of the first conductor 35 and the second conductor 36 as input/output ports P1 and P2, with an end part of the third conductor 37 as a ground port P3, a resistance element R is connected across the input/output ports P1 and P2, being parallel to the first conductor 35 and the second conductor 36.
