The invention relates to a friction weld connection between a first component (10) with a first melting temperature, said first component being rotationally symmetrical in the region of the weld seam, and a second component (20) with a melting temperature that is lower in comparison to the first component (10), said second component being rotationally symmetrical in the region of the weld seam. The aim of the invention is to provide a friction weld connection with which an improved dynamic strength can be achieved. This is achieved in that the first component (10) has a larger material cross-section on the end face (12) facing the weld joint (30) than the second component (20) in the unwelded state. |
