摘要 The present invention relates to a coating film having a thickness of no more than 200 nm in which carbon nanotubes are mixed with a biocompatible polymer, and the invention is advantageous in that it has been confirmed that adjusting the synthesis proportions of the polymer and the carbon nanotubes can increase the biocompatibility and adjust the mechanical strength and can suppress toxicity and inflammation of the coating film having an ultra-thin-film thickness, and these characteristics can be used in articles of medical equipment which are inserted into microvessels in the body such as nano-sized medical devices and wire coatings.
