<p>When backing up a vehicle (VM), a drawing calculation unit (21) and a display (31), which display an image of the rear of the vehicle (VM), display the following in an overlapping manner in the image of the rear of the vehicle (VM): the trajectory that the vehicle (VM) will take in the case that the current steering angle for the vehicle (VM) is maintained; and the trajectory that the vehicle (VM) will take after the current steering angle for the vehicle (VM) is changed in the case that a change to the current steering angle for the vehicle (VM) is required. Hence, it is easier for a driver to understand the time when a change to the current steering angle for the vehicle (VM) is required, and it is possible for parking assistance to be more effectively performed.</p> |
