METHOD AND DEVICE FOR BASE STATION INTERACTION

Disclosed is a method for base station interaction. The method comprises: a communication system processing base station interaction information in a medium access control sub-layer (an MAC layer), and performing interaction through an interface physically connected in a network layer or a data link layer. Also disclosed is a device for base station interaction. Through the method and device, data can be directly transmitted in protocol layers below a transmission layer in a seven-layer model definition of open system interconnection. Compared with a method for interaction through an X2 interface in the current long-term evolution (LET) R8 system, this method obtains a shorter interaction delay and satisfies more requirements for the system and the transmission scenario.
