<p>The screw press has a screw shaft (7-0) and cylindrical shaft (7-1). The screw shaft is fitted in shaft sleeve (1-1). The auger blades (7-2) are inextricably linked at outer portions of cylindrical shaft along rotational axis. A drive pin is detachedly provided at the drive end of screw shaft. An independent claim is included for method for operating screw press.</p>
