PURPOSE: An optical sheet manufacturing device and an optical sheet manufacturing method using the same are provided to improve productivity by multiplying cross-sectional area rate coming in contact with a soft mold when preliminarily coating the soft mold. CONSTITUTION: A soft mold(20) forms a pattern. A master roll(100) adheres the soft mold and a base film and transfers. A adheres the soft mold and the base film. A second roll(130) separates the base film attached from the first roll to an optical film in which the soft mold and the pattern are formed. A preliminary coating part preliminarily comprises a guide roll and a coating roll. The guide roll transfers the soft mold to a main coating part. The coating roll preliminarily coats the soft mold by receiving coating solution from a resin supplying tank. The guide roll and the coating roll are arranged as a zigzag shape.
