PURPOSE: A manufacturing apparatus of spherical ammonium nitrate particles is provided to obtain desired sized ammonium nitrate particles by controlling spraying pressure and velocity. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing apparatus of spherical ammonium nitrate particles comprises a main body(100) equipped with a main body heating unit for melting solid state ammonium nitrate, a gas inflow pipe(120) which a first gas flows in for pressurizing the fused ammonium nitrate, a discharge pipe(130) which discharges the ammonium nitrate by pressurizing the first gas, pipe-shaped heating units(132) which surrounds outer circumference of the exhaust pipe, an automatic discharge unit(140) which transfers the fused ammonium nitrate to a nozzle unit by pressure of a second gas, and a nozzle unit(150) which injects the fused ammonium nitrate in liquid droplet state. |
