<p>PURPOSE: An SNP biomarker for diagnosing aspirin hypersensitivity is provided to accurately diagnose aspirin hypersensitivity without a clinical or chemical method. CONSTITUTION: A biomarker for diagnosing aspirin hypersensitivity contains two or more DNA sequences selected from DNA sequence of sequence numbers 1-95. A biomarker for diagnosing aspirin hypersensitivity contains a polynucleotide containing 10-41 serial DNA sequences containing 21th mutant base or a complementary polynucleotide thereof. A kit for diagnosing aspiring hypersensitivity contains a polynucleotide of sequence number 1, a probe for detecting the polynucleotide, a primer pair for amplifying the polynucleotide, a polypeptide encoded by the polynucleotide, or cDNA of the polynucleotide.</p> |
