PURPOSE: A therapeutic agent containing microphage migration inhibitory factor(MIF) is provided to applied as a therapeutic agent for inflammatory bowel diseases, immune diseases, or autoimmune diseases. CONSTITUTION: A therapeutic agent for immune disease contains microphage migration inhibitory factor(MIF) as an active ingredient, isolated from parasite. The immune disease is inflammatory bowel disease or autoimmune disease. An MIF type 2 isolated from secreted/excreted protein of larva of stage three is rAs-MIF and contains 366bp nucleotides.
