PURPOSE: A sensor information transmission method and an apparatus thereof are provided to minimize information leakage while excluding a cryptology technology. CONSTITUTION: A quantization unit quantizes a value measured in each sensor(301). A mode selecting unit compares a pilot signal from a legality fusion center with a predetermined threshold value. The mode selecting unit selects an operation mode of the sensor(303). A transmitting unit transmits the quantized value to the legality fusion center through a normalized orthonormal signal(307).
