A blow tuyere placed into a vacuum reservoir (2) as capable of displacement (7), performing a combined function of a device for blowdown with oxygen and a burner. A pilot burner (11) is connected to the blowdown tuyere. ^ EFFECT: using the invention makes it possible to increase the coefficient of utilisation of blowdown tuyeres and plants in general. ^ 3 cl, 2 dwg |
