PURPOSE: An anti-biofouling silsesquioxane/polyethylene glycol network is provided to have high mechanical strength, low viscosity, high optical transparency, high hydrophilicity, swelling resistance in organic/aqueous solvent, biological chemical stability against thermal stress, and high mechanical strength. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an anti-biofouling silsesquioxane/polyethylene glycol network comprises: a step of mixing photo-curable silsesquioxane; and a step of obtaining silsesquioxane/polyethylene glycol network through UV irradiation under the presence of UV initiator. The polyethylene glycol is selected from a group consisting of polyethylene glycol diacrylate, and polyethylene glycol dimethacrylate. The photo-curable silsesquioxane is functionated to methacrylate or acrylate.
