FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to dermatovenerology and can be used for determination of stage of urogenital trichomoniasis in men. Laser Doppler flowmetry is performed, index of microcirculation in urethra is determined. If its value is 241.2 perf. units, spastic type of microcirculation and acute stage of urogenital trichomoniasis are diagnosed; 211.05 perf. units - spastico-atonic type and acute stage of urogenital trichomoniasis; 140.84 perf.units - torpid type and chronic stage of urogenital trichomoniasis; 4.80.24 perf.units - stasis type and chronic stage of urogenital trichomoniasis. ^ EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase accuracy of diagnostic due to objectivation of indices of microcirculation in urethra. ^ 1 tbl, 2 ex
