<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the conventional product life analysis apparatus in which: it is necessary to recreate a product life model by using monitoring data stored in the past besides new monitoring data each time new monitoring data is acquired and it takes a considerable time in calculation in order to estimate parameter values of the product life model in response to a latest use condition of equipment. <P>SOLUTION: In a product life analysis apparatus, parameter values of a product life model are updated by using newly updated monitoring data and failure data of the product in the past. Therefore, the time required for the calculation can be reduced in comparison with the updating of parameter values of the product life model by using all the monitoring data stored in the past. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
