PRODUCTION CONTROL SYSTEM, PRODUCTION CONTROL METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production control system that achieves shortening of a lead time and compression of stock on the whole supply chain when making procurement plans for components and materials and production plans including transportation and stock.

SOLUTION: The production control system includes a net necessity planning part 23 which calculates a net necessary amount and a necessary period by reserving products and child components in stock or to be ordered; a work plan making part 26 which plans a production schedule based upon work necessary for the production and daily production capability of facilities to admit of no delay behind the period, and also plans necessary periods of the components and items as raw materials according to the production schedule; a total necessary amount calculation part 28 which performs necessary amount expansion as to items to be produced and calculates total necessary amounts of the child items; a transportation plan making part 27 which plans a transportation schedule of items to be transported without any delay behind the period, and plans the total necessary amounts of the items to be transported and a necessary period of the transportation; and a procurement plan making part 29 which makes a procurement plan of items defined to be procured by supply means without any delay behind the period.
