APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MONITORING REPLACEMENT WORK OF FUEL OR THE LIKE IN PERIODICAL INSPECTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform cause investigation when abnormality or an accident is generated in replacement work of fuel or the like in periodical inspection.

SOLUTION: An apparatus for monitoring replacement work of fuel or the like includes: a data recording means 11 for converting a process signal (a) from a fuel replacement machine control system 9 into a recordable process state signal b; a plant history storage means 12 for collecting the process state signals b and storing the collected process state signals b in a plant history table 13; an event data table 14 for storing event state definition information c defining a condition that the process state signal b on a monitoring point of replacement work of fuel or the like becomes an event (abnormality or the like); an event determination means 15 for comparing the process state signal b in the plant history table 13 with the event state definition information in the event data table 14, monitoring these signals and determining whether or not the condition of the event state definition information is formed and an event is generated; an accident analysis picture creation means 16 for creating an accident analysis picture when determining the generation of the event; and a display device 17 for displaying the accident analysis picture.
