<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a large-capacity solid electrolytic capacitor in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of manufacturing a solid electrolytic capacitor comprises a step of forming a dielectric film on an anode body composed of a metal and a step of forming a conductive polymer layer on the dielectric film.
